Enter User Name and Password as Employee Number for First Login and click on Login
Enter Username & Password click on Login to commence your Enrollment Process.

3. Paramount Health Services – Forgot Password
In case you have forgotten your password, click on the Forgot Password link to retrieve it

4. Paramount Health Services – Forgot Password
Enter User Name as employee ID and click on the Submit button. Your password will be mailed to you on your id.

Enter Exiting Password
Enter New Password
Confirm New Password
Enter Id and click on Change

6. Click here to Add new Dependent.
On successful updation of password, Employee will be redirected to the Enrollment screen where they can Add & Modify self and Dependant details.
Click here to Add new Dependent.

7. Enrollment Screen – Adding Dependants
Enter dependant details and click on Submit to Enroll dependant.

8. Enrollment Screen – Adding Dependants New Dependant added Successfully

Click on Edit Info to Edit your Details.

10. Enrollment Screen – Editing Employee Details
Edit Employee Name here
Enter Mobile No here.
Click Update to update your details.

11. Enrollment Screen – Editing Dependants
Click on Edit Info to Edit dependant Details.

12. Enrollment Screen – Editing Dependants
Edit dependant Name here
Edit dependant Date of Birth here
Click Update to update dependent details.

13. Click on the Delete button to delete any Dependant
