2 How to Join the “NCCA STEP UP” Contest  Go to fitbit.com and log infitbit.com  Hover over “Community” Tab and select “Activity Groups”

3 How to Join the “NCCA STEP UP” Contest  In Search Public Groups type the name your chiropractic office had given you. It will start with “NCCA STEP UP – TEAM”  You can join the group by clicking on the sign next to the group name

4 Group Page Example  This is an example of how your group page may look like:  View the leaderboard  Participate in discussions with other group members  View all the members  Invite members

5 2 Ways to Log Your Steps  Automatically  Your tracker records activity as it happens and uploads data to fitbit.com by connecting to your app or your computer by Bluetooth.  Manually  You will have to use the dashboard to add information about activity after it takes place. So if you leave your tracker at home that is a great way to make sure all your information is up on the website.  Note, that when you manually log an activity, its step and calorie data override the data automatically detected by your tracker during the same time period. This ensures that your steps are not counted twice.

6 Manually Log An Activity  Go to www.fitbit.com and Log Inwww.fitbit.com

7 Manually Log An Activity  Select “Log” on your Dashboard  This will take you to the page where you can log Food, Activities, Weight and Sleep  Select “Activities”

8 Manually Log An Activity  In the “Activity” Tab you can view your steps, activity history and log activities  Click a common activity, search for one or create your own by clicking the “Create” custom activity  Your activity will now be visible and editable in the Logged Activates area. You can delete the activity by selecting the trash can icon.
