13 ELQA MP3 08 Septembre 2010, R. Mompo, TE/MTE-EI ELQA Conclusions The last measurements performed with 7 Hz low band filters are giving very good results. This is translated by the MSE (Mean Square Error) value than is now reduced by a factor 1000. I still have to provide a tolerance for those measurements correlated to the MSE value. We still have 1 technical stop before the end of the year to measure possibly 2 new positions (with 2 systems).
