10 Technical and Logistical Information to participants

11 Logistics VISA Must be obtained from the Namibian Embassy, High Commission or Consulate in the area of your residence. Delegates from countries exempted from Visa Fees can get their entry visas upon arrival at the Hosea Kutako International Airport. Requirements in either case Completion of visa application form Passport copy Two passport photos Proof of hotel booking Flight details Invitation letter for the meeting

12 Upon Arrival No vaccinations needed Precautionary health control point Immigration and collection of luggage Address yourself to ICH stands Take Transport to your respective hotels

14 Hotel, Transport, and Registration Shuttle buses will run two times in the morning from the hotels to the meeting venue, and two times in the afternoon from the venue back to the hotels. Registration desk, stationed at the Windhoek Country Club will be as from 29 th of November Participants are encouraged to register and receive the badges at the earliest possible. Conference bags will be available at registration

15 Accommodation, Venue and conference services Assigned hotels (Hilton Hotel, Avani Hotel, Windhoek Country Club Resort, Safari Hotel, and a range of approved guest houses Delegates will be welcome to stay elsewhere, but need to make own transport arrangement In the plenary session hall, four seats are allocated for each delegation. Viewing and listening hall (max. capacity of 300 people) is reserved for the remaining delegates. Two prayer rooms (for men and women) are specifically arranged inside the WCCR. A media centre will be available
