Use any prior knowledge and gained knowledge to list and describe the positive consequences of these environmental issues and to eventually make a useful brochure on one of them. 3 3. The Student Activity After you have researched recycling, native planting, and good farming practices, fill out the chart similar to the one on the right. Make sure you list and describe what each of these issues are and their positive consequences on humans and the Earth. Click on the link below to fill out the chart. The Assessment Activity The mayor in your town has chosen you to make a brochure about either recycling, native planting, or good farming practices to share with your community since you are an expert environmental researcher. Make sure to include what your environmental issue is and is all about. Then include the benefits or positive consequences these practices have on our Earth and humans. Lastly, come up with a plan to help your community carry out these beneficial practices. The plan does not have to be complicated it can be something simple. Make sure to be creative and use pictures in your brochure. Make the people of your community want to read your brochure. Have fun!
