2. Chicken schnitzel with salad

3. Ingredients  4 eggs  1kg potatoes  2 carrots  2 parsley root  0,5kg peas  5 pickled gherkin  1 mayonnaise  1 onion  1 garlic  1kg chicken breast  0,25l oil  0.25 kg flour, breadcrumbs  salt, pepper, basil

4. How to make potato salad  Boil potatoes, vegetables, pickled gherkin, onion and 3x eggs chop everything into cubes and put in a bowl. Add mayonnaise and mix.

6. Process chicken schnitzel  Season chicken meat with salt, pepper, basil and garlic. Coat in flour, egg and breadcrumbs. Then fry if in hot oil until itś golden brown.
