13 The EYE assesses:  Awareness of Self & Environment  Social Skills & Approaches to Learning  Cognitive Skills  Language & Communication  Physical Development (Gross & Fine Motor) The EYE consists of two complementary components:  The EYE –Direct Assessment (EYE-DA)  4 Year Old Prekindergarten Children entering Kindergarten  The EYE – Teacher Assessment (EYE-TA)  All Kindergarten Children

Class Reports for teachers showing the overall class results and those most vulnerable, at a glance Division level reports showing average and specific level of vulnerability for schools, and the division Final report and mapping depicting the EYE levels of vulnerability against the SES for your communities Full dataset upon close of the evaluation
