Slide 3 Administrative guidelines Developed administrative guidelines for municipalities based on the flow chart prepared by the City of Cape Town Discussed as Provincial Economic Development and Planning Working Group Finalised and circulated to municipalities through Municipal Manager’s and Mayor’s offices
