4. Problem #1 Computer does not turn on
Possible solution
Check cable connection
Check power switch
If the above doesn’t help
Do not try to open the casing of your computer instead try consult your Computer technician .

5. Problem #2 Monitor is not working
Possible solution
Check Power cable connection
Check whether the monitor is turned on
Check link cable connection between computer and monitor
Check the color or brightness level setting
If the above doesn’t help
try consult your Computer technician .

6. Problem #3 Keyboard or Mouse not responding
Possible solution
Check cable connection
Unplug and reconnect the device
Restart your computer
If the above doesn’t help
It could be defective or damage please buy a one since it is easily replaceable .

7. Problem #4 Speaker or headset not producing any sound
Possible solution
Check whether if speakers are turn on
Check if volume were turned up
Check if sound are muted by the computer
Check cable connection
If the above doesn’t help
It could be defective or damage please buy a one since it is easily replaceable .

8. Problem #5 Computer Stop responding due to non responding program
Possible solution
Press Control ALT + CTRL + DEL on your keyboard and end the task of the non responding program by using task manager
If above doesn’t help
Press and hold the power button until the computer force it self to shutdown

9. Problem #6 Computer is very slow
Possible solution
Close unneeded program
Delete unneeded files
Run Defrag on your hard disk
Run Scandisk on your hard disk
Reformat and reinstalling the OS
If the above does not work
Please upgrade your Ram memory or computer Processor

10. Problem #7 Failed to install new hardware
Possible solution
Install the correct hardware driver found in the cd/dvd that are package with the hardware
Download Device driver from the internet
Run windows update to search for device driver
If the above does not work
Please contact your technician
