Home Skills Work History Education Course Work Activities Site Map More Course Work Organizational Communication Intervention of KSJS, August 2009 - December 2009 Conducted an organization intervention for San Jose State’s radio station, KSJS organization communication structure, focusing on areas such as: –Upward Communication –Downward Communication –Horizontal Communication –Diagonal Communications. Conducted article research and interviews to develop an action plan for KSJS to improve in all of the four areas of communication. Presented action plan to KSJS upper management and 35 peers. Increasing Tourism in Serbia, Jan. 2009 - May 2009 Worked with a group of five other students to create an extensive 18-month campaign to increase tourism for Serbia. Campaign consisted of constructing a website, television news piece, advertising on travel websites, promoting on social media sites and created a travel brochure of popular attractions in Serbia. Pitched campaign plan to class of 30 peers.
