13 Case management -1 Every member of the team is case manager. Duties: Presentation of the programe, rules, signed consent Assisting in administration log Assisting and coordination of job seeking Contact with employers, workplace analysis (with other members of team)

14 Case management -2 Preparing of documentation for on the job training Preparing and coordination of workplace adjustments and special working equipment Follow up and contact with mentor on the workplace, weekly Reporting on team meetings every 14 days, monthly report to Employment Sevice
