Goals Short-Term Goals: – To implement the Quality Assurance Institute’s developed Common Body Of Knowledge (CBOK) for a Certified Software Tester (CSTE) in the organization, to improve tester’s competencies. – To implement the Common Body Of Knowledge (CBOK) for Certified Software Quality Analyst (CSQA) to improve quality processes in the organization. – Establish Awareness Program for Certification. – Establish Training Program for Certification. – Host Certification Examination in Monterrey, Mexico.

Strategic Planning In order to meet short-term goals: – We must implement CBOK for CSTE and CSQA in the organization’s education program. – We must deploy an Awareness Program for certification. – We must deploy a Training Program for certification. – We must establish communication with QAI for hosting exams. In order to meet long-term goals: – We must sell the idea to Management to implement quality management in the organization. – We must continuously improve the existent quality function, with effective QC and QA methods.
