Within the business world, teneo transtuli uses the scientific knowledge to understand, and reflect upon a problem in a specific business domain. The new experience concerning the specific problem is abstracted, and packaged (again by using scientific knowledge). This allows us to transfer it from one business domain to another, and from one country to another. Aydin is a doctorate candidate and lectures on business process support, information systems development methodologies in the department of Business Information Systems at University of Twente. He has been heavily involved in ICT projects as a subject matter expert on modeling, project management, methodology use. His scientific works appear as book chapters, articles in several journals, and international conferences. Boriana D. Rukanova is currently completing her PhD project on business processes and the role of standard in the department of Business Information Systems at University of Twente. She has been involved in a number of ICT projects as a subject matter expert on modelling, business process integration and standards. Her scientific work appears as book chapters, and papers in proceedings of international conferences. Adri Pater has around 15 years of project management, consulting, (process, information) architecture development experience in several domains including government, public services, consumer electronics, telecommunication, high-tech. In addition to his practical work, he has been conducting (PhD) research on dynamic networks of organizations in the department of Business Information Systems at the University of Twente. Advisory board Prof. dr. Robert A. Stegwee has a position for 1 day per week at the University of Twente. He is principal consultant for IT in Healthcare with Capgemini Consulting Services in Utrecht. He was full- time professor of Business Information Systems at this university from 1999-2004 and, as such, strongly involved in the E-Commerce and E-Governance research area of the Centre for Telematics and Information Technology (CTIT).
