2 Review What is Non Point Source Pollution? Non Point indicates that the source is not from a point or small area, but is diffuse or spread over a large region.

4 Examples Urban: Runoff from parking lots, streets, lawns. Contains nutrients, sediment, petroleum, heavy metals, salts. Agriculture: Runoff from fields and animal confinement. Contains sediment, nutrients, pesticides, pathogens.
