9 Technology Used Elluminate to complete the CM training piece remotely Need to let new teachers know the purpose Remote support for new teachers from TIE Support from technology facilitators and leadership team

10 Communication is Key Websites Wikis…resources available for them Mentors and IFs in contact with principals and each other

11 Continuously Linking All PD to CM Begin by seeing this as an umbrella  In our maps we want to see evidence that: Diverse needs of students are being addressed Step Up to Writing and 6 Traits are being implemented Formative assessment is being used Technology is being embedded into instruction Best practices are in place (Marzano, UbD, for example)
