4 C. Religions and Value Systems 1. What religious beliefs were held by the earliest people? 2. What kind of religious practices did the earliest people participate in?

5 D. Political and Social Systems 1. What is a political system? 2. What is a social system? These questions should be answered throughout the first chapter.
