1. Parents and Café Prepay Parents will be able to use Cafe Prepay to make payments to their student’s account, monitor daily account balances and view up to 60 days of participation.

2. To use Cafe Prepay parents just have to follow a few easy steps. Setting up your account initially …. (this should be verified each new school year) 1) Click on “NEW USER” 2) Fill out the simple web form with some basic information, login and password. First visit: www.cafeprepay.com

3. 3) Select your “State”4) Select your “District”5) Select your “School” 6)Finally, find your student using the simple search box 7)Then click “Add to my Students” once located Please note: --Try searching by the first 3 letters of the last name only in the "Student Name" field, as most schools list students by last name first. Do NOT enter any apostrophes. --The "Grade Level" field is optional; try leaving it blank when searching. You will follow the step by step instructions to quickly add your students to the account

4. That’s it!! Now that your account is created you can start using the features of Café Prepay. The 3 most popular options/links are: 1- Make Payments 2- Current Balance 3- Participation Report (For additional information, please visit our FAQ page)

5. Make Payments, Current Balance and Participation Reports -- Make Payments: This feature will allow you to make a credit card payment to fund your student’s lunch account. You can make a one time payment or schedule a payment. Scheduling a payment is an easy way to make sure that your student always has money in their lunch account. ( You can also access this option by clicking the link “Edit Scheduled Payments” ). -- Current Balance: This feature is updated daily and will allow you to view the most current balance in your student’s lunch account. -- Participation Report: This feature will allow access to information from the school’s cafeteria to return a report containing descriptions of what your student has been purchasing each day. You will not only see a brief description, but also the quantity of items purchased and the cost of each item. Parents particularly like this feature, so that they can monitor any “unhealthy” spending of their hard earned money. This report can be run each day, for 7 days, 30 days or for the previous month.
