3. Bolivia’s location Bolivia is located on the West side of South America. Peru, Brazil, Chile, Paraguay and Argentina all surround Bolivia in South America. The capital of Bolivia is La Paz which is located in the western part of Bolivia, close to Lake Titicaca. The population of La Paz is about 789,000 people.

4. Bolivian Independence Day Bolivia gained it’s independence on the 6 th of August in 1825. Independence Day in Bolivia looks pretty much the same every year. The kids that go to school plan weeks ahead and parade either through the streets or around their school in very fancy uniforms.

7. Interesting Fact about Bolivia In La Paz, Bolivia, street kids, and drug addicts want to improve their life so they work as traffic guards. But not just any traffic guard, they’re dressed up as zebras! They dance, help people across the street, help cars to where they’re going.
