1 How to sew on a button 1 2 Tie a knot in your thread and thread your needle. Pass the threaded needle up through the underside of the fabric until knot hits the fabric. 4 3 Repeat step three through all holes until it is secure. To tie off the button, pass the needle through a small bit of fabric twice to create a loop then pass the needle through the loop 2 or 3 times. Pass the needle up through one hole in the button, then down through the second hole and back to the underside of the fabric. Organiser Maker

Handy hint If you want to sew another sequin next to the one you have just sewn, don’t knot your thread and start again just push needle through underside of fabric where you want your sequin to be and repeat step 3.
