Biblical Church History Following the Hand of God and the Hand of Satan

Laying the Foundation for Church History

The King of Eden

DO YOU HAVE AN ABSOLUTE AUTHORITY?

Kingdom of God Vs. Kingdom of Heaven

SEEING THE PATTERNS OF GOD IN HIS WORD

(Ecc 3:15) That which hath been is now; and that which is to be hath already been; and God requireth that which is past.

GOD’S PATTERN OF THE EARTH

Gen. 1:1-3

(Rom 1:20) For the invisible things of him from the creation of the world are clearly seen, being understood by the things that are made, even his eternal power and Godhead; so that they are without excuse:

Original Earth Chaotic Earth Recreated Earth Millennial Earth Fire Ball Earth New Earth

MILLENNIAL EARTH when the times of refreshing shall come from the presence of the Lord until the times of restitution of all things (Act 3:19-21) Repent ye therefore, and be converted, that your sins may be blotted out, when the times of refreshing shall come from the presence of the Lord; And he shall send Jesus Christ, which before was preached unto you: Whom the heaven must receive until the times of restitution of all things, which God hath spoken by the mouth of all his holy prophets since the world began.

MILLENNIAL EARTH (Rom 8:22) For we know that the whole creation groaneth and travaileth in pain together until now. cursed is the ground for thy sake (Gen 3:17) And unto Adam he said, Because thou hast hearkened unto the voice of thy wife, and hast eaten of the tree, of which I commanded thee, saying, Thou shalt not eat of it: cursed is the ground for thy sake; in sorrow shalt thou eat of it all the days of thy life;

MILLENNIAL EARTH (Luk 22:44) And being in an agony he prayed more earnestly: and his sweat was as it were great drops of blood falling down to the ground.

MILLENNIAL EARTH (Isa 11:6-9) The wolf also shall dwell with the lamb, and the leopard shall lie down with the kid; and the calf and the young lion and the fatling together; and a little child shall lead them. And the cow and the bear shall feed; their young ones shall lie down together: and the lion shall eat straw like the ox. And the sucking child shall play on the hole of the asp, and the weaned child shall put his hand on the cockatrice' den. They shall not hurt nor destroy in all my holy mountain: for the earth shall be full of the knowledge of the LORD, as the waters cover the sea.

THE NEW EARTH new heavens and a new earth (Isa 65:17) For, behold, I create new heavens and a new earth: and the former shall not be remembered, nor come into mind. look for new heavens and a new earth (2Pe 3:13) Nevertheless we, according to his promise, look for new heavens and a new earth, wherein dwelleth righteousness. a new heaven and a new earth (Rev 21:1) And I saw a new heaven and a new earth: for the first heaven and the first earth were passed away; and there was no more sea.

7 GOD’S PATTERN OF SEVENS

Gen. 1:3- 2:3

A. The pattern of 7 days is established

NOTESNOTES  In Gen. 1:3 God begins the recreation of the earth. He does this in 6 evenings and mornings and on the seventh he rested from his work  Gen 2:3 God lets you know there is something special about that Day

sanctified it (Gen 2:3) And God blessed the seventh day, and sanctified it: because that in it he had rested from all his work which God created and made.

B. The pattern of 7 days is emphasized

(Exo 23:12) Six days thou shalt do thy work, and on the seventh day thou shalt rest: that thine ox and thine ass may rest, and the son of thy handmaid, and the stranger, may be refreshed. (Exo 20:8-10) Remember the sabbath day, to keep it holy. Six days shalt thou labour, and do all thy work: But the seventh day is the sabbath of the LORD thy God: in it thou shalt not do any work, thou, nor thy son, nor thy daughter, thy manservant, nor thy maidservant, nor thy cattle, nor thy stranger that is within thy gates:

NOTESNOTES  Why do Christians honor the 1 st day and not the 7 th  We don’t keep the Sabbath because of Ezek. 20:12

(Eze 20:12) Moreover also I gave them my sabbaths, to be a sign between me and them, that they might know that I am the LORD that sanctify them. (Rev 2:9) I know thy works, and tribulation, and poverty, (but thou art rich) and I know the blasphemy of them which say they are Jews, and are not, but are the synagogue of Satan.

NOTESNOTES  Why do Christians honor the 1 st day and not the 7 th  We don’t keep the Sabbath because of Ezek. 20:12  We honor the 1 st day because of the New Testament

(Mat 28:1) In the end of the sabbath, as it began to dawn toward the first day of the week, came Mary Magdalene and the other Mary to see the sepulchre. the first day of the week (Act 20:7) And upon the first day of the week, when the disciples came together to break bread, Paul preached unto them, ready to depart on the morrow; and continued his speech until midnight. Upon the first day of the week (1Co 16:2) Upon the first day of the week let every one of you lay by him in store, as God hath prospered him, that there be no gatherings when I come.

C. The pattern of 7 days is explained

NOTESNOTES  The seventh day was when God finished his work and rested  Seven is the number means completion or perfection  When God counts he counts to seven and starts over with one again  Example= Sabbath

D. The pattern of 7 days is exemplified

 Noah (7 th from Adam, 7 clean Animals)  Jacob ( Worked 7 years for Rachel)  Joseph (7 years of plenty 7 years of famine)  Joshua (Battle of Jericho)  Angels (Michael, Gabriel, Lucifer)  Candlestick  Solomon's Temple (7 years making, 7 day feast)  Job ( 7 sons, 7 days and nights, 7 rams)  Naaman ( 7 dips in the Jordan)  Blood on the mercy seat  7 feasts  7 sayings on the cross  7 Deacons  Book of Rev. (Completion book, 59 referances to the number 7)

1. God also works by 7 weeks

(Lev 23:15) And ye shall count unto you from the morrow after the sabbath, from the day that ye brought the sheaf of the wave offering; seven sabbaths shall be complete: (Deu 16:9) Seven weeks shalt thou number unto thee: begin to number the seven weeks from such time as thou beginnest to put the sickle to the corn.

2. God also works by 7 months

(Lev 23:24) Speak unto the children of Israel, saying, In the seventh month, in the first day of the month, shall ye have a sabbath, a memorial of blowing of trumpets, an holy convocation.

3. God also works by 7 years

(Lev 25:2-4) Speak unto the children of Israel, and say unto them, When ye come into the land which I give you, then shall the land keep a sabbath unto the LORD. Six years thou shalt sow thy field, and six years thou shalt prune thy vineyard, and gather in the fruit thereof; But in the seventh year shall be a sabbath of rest unto the land, a sabbath for the LORD: thou shalt neither sow thy field, nor prune thy vineyard.

4. God also works by 7 weeks of years (7 times 7 (49)

(Lev 25:8-13) And thou shalt number seven sabbaths of years unto thee, seven times seven years; and the space of the seven sabbaths of years shall be unto thee forty and nine years. Then shalt thou cause the trumpet of the jubile to sound on the tenth day of the seventh month, in the day of atonement shall ye make the trumpet sound throughout all your land. And ye shall hallow the fiftieth year, and proclaim liberty throughout all the land unto all the inhabitants thereof: it shall be a jubile unto you; and ye shall return every man unto his possession, and ye shall return every man unto his family. A jubile shall that fiftieth year be unto you: ye shall not sow, neither reap that which groweth of itself in it, nor gather the grapes in it of thy vine undressed. For it is the jubile; it shall be holy unto you: ye shall eat the increase thereof out of the field. In the year of this jubile ye shall return every man unto his possession.

GOD’S PATTERN OF TIME

(2Pe 3:8) But, beloved, be not ignorant of this one thing, that one day is with the Lord as a thousand years, and a thousand years as one day.

God also works in 7 millenniums
