2. MAGNA M a g n a D i g i t e c h I n d i a P r i v a t e L i m i t e d One Ball valve assembly consists of 35 to 40 parts. There are more than 50 verities of Ball Valve available with the customer. We developed with top down assembly concept in ProE Skeleton model prepared in which all the controlling dimensions were locked along with a layout. From layout they are able to change the type of valve (Full bore to Reduce bore / Bolted to Butt weld) For the first design we took 250hrs to complete the design From the next we are able to complete the design within 100hrs ASSEMBLY MODELING & BILL OF MATERILS
