1 Phase I Data Collection E-folio 2009-10 Contents: Standard #1: Teachers Are Committed To Students and Their Learning Standard #1: Teachers Are Committed To Students and Their Learning Artifacts may include, but are not limited to, building classroom community, motivating students, providing for individual differences, establishing and maintaining a functional, attractive, safe, and democratic classroom environment that is conducive to learning.
