8 Achievements: Legislation proposal; Clearing of the ECHR’s backlog; “Law of the European Convention on Human Rights” by Harris, O’Boyle and Warbrick, 2014; CoE’s ‘Тoolkit to inform public officials about the State’s obligations under the Convention’; Good practiced of Government Agent Offices studied; Improved capacity of government agents; CoE’s work facilitated through participations of government agents; Access to ECtHR’s case law against Bulgaria - e-Bulletin and translation of judgements in Bulgarian; Open issues: Development of a Bulgarian Human Rights e-Portal (synergy with PDP 1); Analysis on the effectiveness of the administrative mechanism for compensation pertaining to ECtHR’s judgments.
