Project 2007 - KB 2028571 Microsoft Confidential8 26774 – Merging an XML file into an enterprise project does not merge the enterprise custom field values. 26433 – Project crashes if you set a baseline on an inserted project summary task from within a master project and the “To all summary tasks” rollup option is chosen. 26468 – The Free Slack calculation on some tasks may be inaccurate until you press F9. 26795 – Local flag fields, once saved, are always saved to the server whether or not they are currently being used.

Project 2007 server 9Microsoft Confidential

Project Server 2007 - KB 983312 Microsoft Confidential10 26787 – December CU regression. An unexpected error occurs while self-assigning team tasks. 27036 – Actual work deleted in a timesheet on a date where there is no planned work does not update the "My Task" data after the timesheet is imported. 25465 – Import Timesheet does not import custom field changes to My Tasks. By-design; a new TimesheetImported event has been added so that custom field data can be programmatically synchronized. 26876 – Start and finish dates of tasks move unexpectedly when accepting updates on completed fixed duration tasks where new remaining work has been added; assignment delay added. 26469 – When saving a proposal project, the error "Specify values for all required custom fields" appears even after all the required fields are entered.

Project Server 2007 - KB 983312 Microsoft Confidential11 26586 – Rejected updates are constantly re-submitted by users who have not corrected the updates. 26718 – Unable to drill into subprojects via Project Center view. 26728 – Update to 25042 – assignment actual start date could still get changed. 27097 – When updates are accepted, a task with a "finish no earlier than" constraint and at least one non-started assignment with delay may get an earlier start date. 26825 – When a Project Web Access user's regional settings locale is set to a value such as Portuguese when editing cost values in a Proposal or Activity project, the value may be multiplied by 100 or may not be able to be saved. For example, the value entered as 10.536.77 upon save may change to 1.053.677,00.

Project 2010 – KB 2075992 Microsoft Confidential13 26675 – Project hangs if you use the Replace All function and the to be replaced string contains any of the same characters that the replacement string has. 26677 – You may be unable to add new tasks to the Timeline view. 26679 – Print and print preview show dependency lines that don’t point to the correct task and point to the left- hand side of the view. 26688 – If blank rows are inserted into a project, they may appear in the wrong place when the project is reopened.

Project 2010 – KB 2075992 Microsoft Confidential14 26690 – Project may crash if data is pasted from an Excel selection formatted as a table and when choosing to match the destination format paste option. 26694 – VBA methods such as FileOpen are not raising errors when appropriate. 27055 – When creating a Visual Report you may see a message saying you don’t have access to the database. 26459 – Same thing as hotfix 26284 except for Project 2010. When exporting to the XML format, decimal values should always use a period as the decimal separator instead of the character specified by the system regional settings.

Project 2010 server 15Microsoft Confidential

Project Server 2010 – KB 2075990 Microsoft Confidential16 26673 – Same as hotfix 26339 delivered in April for 2007. Baseline values on project summary task are not updated on server views when re-published from the client. 26678 – Enterprise projects or templates cannot be created if a custom field contains an invalid value. 26689 – Forced Aliasing: Cannot switch a project to Auto if it was using an a force-in/force-out alias previously; recalculation will fail 26692 – TrackingGuid specified in PSI headers is not respected as the JobGroup ID of resulting Queue jobs. 26994 – Upgrader scripts select all SharePoint languages and not just those supported by Project Server causing upgrade to fail. 27218 – My Tasks: Updating status for a different user takes a long time for hundreds of tasks.
