2 Air Resources Board Emission Inventory Workshop Spring 2006 On June 1, 2005, Governor Schwarzenegger signed Executive Order S-3-05 which calls for: A reduction of California’s Green House Gas (GHG) emissions to 2000 levels by 2010 A reduction of GHG emissions to 1990 levels by 2020 A reduction of GHG emissions to 80% below 1990 levels by 2050 Why Develop a CEIDARS Greenhouse Gas Inventory?
