3. Head Start Ms. Kayla Wakefield  Head Start is a comprehensive preschool program for income- eligible families.  Head Start is provided through Child Focus for children ages 3-5.  Head Start focuses on each child’s social, cognitive, physical, and language development.

4. Head Start Ms. Kayla Wakefield  Half-Day Program  Monday- Thursday 7:45am-11:15am & 12:30pm-4:00pm  Registration occurs through Child Focus.  If you choose Head Start on your options page, your information will be sent to Child Focus to begin the enrollment process.

5. Goshen Integrated Preschool Mrs. Molly Hatfield & Ms. Erica Riblet  The Goshen Integrated Preschool is based on the belief that each child will perform at a continuously higher level. This program is aligned to the Ohio Department of Education’s Early Learning and Development Standards.  This half day program combines center-based learning and developmentally appropriate preschool activities to prepare students for kindergarten.  This preschool program is an Integrated Preschool Program, which combines typically developing students and students needing special education services.

6. Goshen Integrated Preschool Mrs. Molly Hatfield & Ms. Erica Riblet  Half-Day Program  Tuesday- Friday  8:30am-11:10am & 12:40pm-3:20pm  $180.00 per month

Goshen Preschool Mrs. Becky Foster  This program is based on the belief that each child will perform at a continuously higher level and needs to be challenged to reach his/her highest potential.  This full day program combines academics, center-based learning, and developmentally appropriate activities to broaden each student’s prior knowledge and prepare students for kindergarten.  The Goshen Preschool is aligned to the Ohio Department of Education’s Early Learning and Development Standards and uses the Pre-K version of Reading Street and Everyday Math. These are the same series used in grades K-2.

8. Goshen Preschool Mrs. Becky Foster  Full-Day Program- Aligned to the Marr/Cook Schedule  Monday- Friday 8:10am-3:00pm  Special Area Classes: Gym, Library  $110.00 per week

9. Preschool Requirements  Students must be at least 3 years old before school starts.  Students must be able to use the restroom independently.  All paperwork must be filled out completely.  A physical is required. (Physicals expire one year from the date of the exam.)  Immunization records must be up to date.  Social Security Card, Birth Certificate, Custody Papers, Copy of Parent’s ID  Proof of Residence Deed, Settlement Statement, Lease Agreement, or Print-Out from the Auditor’s Website. A utility bill does not serve as proof of residence.

10. Preschool Enrollment Process  Tonight you will begin the Preschool Enrollment Process.  Visit the preschool classrooms and meet the teachers.  Fill out and turn in the Preschool Options page tonight.  Preschool spots will be filled and class lists formed.  Once placed on a class list, registration paperwork will be mailed to you.  We will schedule a time to bring in all paperwork to finish the enrollment process.
