How UPS Paperless SM Invoice works First, sign a letter of agreement for UPS to utilize your data to create a paperless invoice You supply us with digital files of your signature and letterhead, which UPS uses to apply to your paperless invoices Once you are set up, all commercial invoice data to valid destinations is sent electronically While most destinations will accept a UPS Paperless Invoice, there are some exceptions in which a paper invoice is required Your shipping system will notify you when a destination requires a paper invoice and will print the required paper commercial invoices UPS WorldShip TM 2008 version 10.0 requires you to complete all required fields, reducing the chance for error Upload your invoice detail along with your shipment detail Uploaded data is stored securely and cannot be edited
