Copy for parent in reasonable time Copies to staff with need to know Set a flag in Infinite Campus Copy to Cumulative File

19. Discipline? Students with 504 are expected to conform to same behavior standards as peers, unless outlined in Plan. 20. Field Trips Keep in Mind: Students with disabilities may not be excluded from participating in extracurricular activities solely because of their disabilities. Re-Evaluation Required periodically Required for change in placement Review is recommended annually Required prior to suspending > 10 days Should be done before graduation Student should be dismissed from 504 if no longer eligible 11/18/2015 Accelerate Learning for Every APS Student, Every Day 21
