1 Wild-type Mutant Mutant Arabidopsis rosette diameters are smaller on average than wild-type. This is clearly evident in the above graph showing the average rosette width in the first 28 days after planting, and in the photo (inset) showing 16 day old wild-type and mutant plants.

2 Mutant Arabidopsis plants respond differently to experimental growth conditions than wild-type. As can be seen in the above graph, experimental growth conditions (low light intensity) result in an overall reduction in average wild-type rosette diameter, but almost no reduction in average mutant rosette diameter.

3 Mutant Arabidopsis plants bolt later and are shorter on average than wild-type plants. This is clearly evident in the above graph showing average bolt height from 23 to 44 days after planting, and in the photo (inset) showing 23 day old wild-type and mutant plants. Mutant Wild-type
