2. Avian Flu The disease is Avian Flu. It is caused by birds.

3. About The Avian Flu It is passed by the infected bird to the human and sometimes it is a severe disease.

5. How to prevent the disease Wash your hands with soap and warm water for at least 20 seconds after and handling raw poultry and eggs. Clean cutting boards and other utensils with soap and hot water to keep raw poultry contaminating other foods. Use a food thermometer to make sure you cook poultry to a temperature of at least 165 degrees Fahrenheit consumer may wish to cook poultry to a higher temperature for personal preference. Cook eggs until whites and yolks are firm.

6. History of disease When this disease first started is in 2003 when the birds broke out the disease. Some birds were killed so that the avian flu wont spread.
