2 What is a countable noun? A noun that can be counted is called a countable noun. EX: an apple/ two apples, a dog/ two dogs/ a book, books, one bottle, three bottles.. What is an uncountable noun? A noun that can’t be counted one by on that is called an uncountable noun. EX: water, sugar, juice, milk…etc

3 Words to use with countable nouns: a few, many, a lot of You can say one apple, three books or a few bottles. EX: 問句 : How many apples are there? 蘋果是可屬名詞,問句要用 many 和 are There are three apples./ a few apples a lot of apples. 可數名詞可以用來表示數量 a few, a lot of, many ( 可放在問句中 ) EX: many books, a few bottles of water, a lot of grapes,
