4. 10 th April 2006 4 Initiation – April 06 Appoint Block leads and programme / project management leads. Establish SCS/ LAA Managment Group, which will need to meet every 2/3 weeks. Membership to include LSP leads, Blocks leads and programme management representative. Establish Block development teams with participants from relevant partner organisations. Agree overall programme timetable including LSP and GO East meetings. How do we develop the SCS and LAA?
