3. How do I locate what I need? Look it up using alphabetical order If you are looking for a person, use the ‘phone book method’. Look them up by their last name, not by their first name!!! Be very sure you are spelling the search term correctly or you may not find what you need.

4. This index seems a bit odd. Sometimes an index presents its information differently than you might expect. –It may not give page numbers. Instead it may give a –volume number –chapter number or even a section number
