3. APPLICATION DOCUMENTS How to be submitted ? Application Form and its Annexes to be sent by normal post/courier or directly delivered by hand In both cases the envelope must include the hard copy of all necessary documents and a CD-Rom or any other electronic support where the electronic version of the Application Form, Simplified Financial Statement (SFS) document and a map with location of partners are saved Submission via e-mail not accepted!

Declaration on administrative and financial capacities and on legal status (different forms depending on the status of the partner) Declaration on status in relation to State Aid Simplified Financial Statement and related supporting documents (only private Lead Applicants, Priority 1)

9. ANNEX Simplified Financial Statement Simplified Financial Statement (SFS): only needed for private Lead Applicants (Priority 1) has to be provided in hard copy and e-version SFS has to be accompanied by additional supporting documents as specified in the Application Manual 2nd Call

10. APPLICATION DOCUMENTS Lessons learned from 1 st Call Avoid ineligibility of your application due to formal mistakes! REMEMBER! Completness of the documents (all obligatory Annexes for all partners; hard copies & e-versions needed); Use the provided templates; Documents on headed paper; Documents dated, signed, stamped; Documents signed by the legal representative as in AF or duly authorized person; Co-Financing Statements indicate same amount as in submitted version of AF.
