The XRT and Carryall 4X4 products are pretty much identical except for some accessories and rear bed design differences.
Overall the Features and benefits of both product lines are virtually the same
The products top speed is 25 mph and were developed as work vehicles that you could also have fun driving.
The higher speed ( mph) competitive vehicles are made more for play and do not hold up well when carrying heavy loads

Five simple operating principles combine to make it happen:

14. Eaton “Detroit” Gearless Lockers
Automatic Differential Lock

15. Major Components - Differentials
Only when going straight are all four wheels turning at the same speed rate
Differential
The differential distributes RPM (Power) to the left and right wheel as needed. Meaning equal rpm when traveling straight
Less rpm to the inside wheel and more rpm to the outside wheel when in a turn.
The differential of the front axle does exactly the same thing on 4x4’s
RPM (Power) transferred to wheel moving fastest. Does not account for reduced traction

16. Functionality – Traction/Steering (XRT1550/ CARRYALL 295)

18. 950 KEY SELLING FEATURES .
Engine:13 hp (10.3 kW) Vanguard HSE 480cc V-Twin gas engine. Only Twin Cylinder engine in it’s class. Twin Cylinder engines are more efficient, and run cooler thus improving engine life.
Creature comforts: Storage, under front hood, glove box, large cab space, retractable seat belts, cub holders.
BRAKES: Best in Class, 4 wheel hydraulic disc brakes.
4 wheel drive mode: Has manual locking rear differential with automatic front wheel drive. Front wheel diff. is similar to the Intellitrack design. Steering acts normally in turns, no fighting constant 4 wheel drive.
SUSPENSION: Independent rear trailing arm suspension with best in class 5.1 inch travel. MacPherson strut front 5.2 inch travel suspension for a smooth ride under tough conditions.
FUEL TANK: 5 Gal (19 L) external fuel fill gas tank with standard dash gauge.
ROPS: Best in Class with certified ROPS protection.
CVT BRAKING: Standard “Best in Class”, engine will brake and slow down vehicle on steep grades. Feature will extend brake life and improve vehicle control in steep areas.

30. TEST DRIVES
THE PERECENTAGES ARE VERY LOW SELLING 4X4 VEHICLES OFF THE SHOWROOM FLOOR OR A BROCHURE! The key to increasing the closure rate of the 4x4 products Club Car offers, is to make sure customers can take a test drive on them.
It is a proven fact that customers are shocked to see just how great our products perform under tough conditions. The only way to show them how good our products perform is to get them to sit in the vehicle and experience the vehicle in action.
Key to the sale is to insure our dealers either have a test track at their facilities or a location near by where they can take a customer for a test drive.
When getting the customer on a test track it will allow you to also point out all the key selling features again to them
The percentage of closing sales increase dramatically when you get customers to test drive our vehicles on a track that has water, bumps etc..
