5. 1. Look to God  If you seek the L ORD your God, you will find him if you seek him with all your heart and with all your soul. Deuteronomy 4.29  Why spend money on what is not bread, and your labour on what does not satisfy? Listen, listen to me, and eat what is good, and you will delight in the richest of fare. Isaiah 55.2  Seek first his kingdom and his righteousness Matthew 6.33

9. Look at yourself: P SALM 144. 3-4 L ORD, what are human beings that you care for them, mere mortals that you think of them? They are like a breath; their days are like a fleeting shadow.
