Priority Three: Humanitarian Aid How is Canada Providing Help ? – They were providing vaccinations, food, water and shelter for those who are in need, such as; refugees, drought affected individuals, and internally displaced people. – They are also supplying items such as; blankets, kitchen utensils to people who need them the most or are most effected. – They are also creating mine awareness education.
