6. STRATEGIC GOAL 1: By 2015, KCS will achieve a graduation rate of at least 80% and will have 90% or more of our students proficient in all subjects.

7. Needs Assessment Establish a culture in which high school graduation is the minimum expectation.  Parent University Enhance long-range planning for students. Enhance student involvement in extra-curricular clubs and activities. Provide modified graduation requirement options. Establish early identification and intervention for at- risk students.
