4.  Section 3 / Paragraph 3: Senators must be 30 years old A citizen for 9 years Must reside in the state they represent  Section 3 / Paragraph 5 : A president pro tempore presides when the VP is absent  Section 3 / Paragraph 6: Senate has the power to try impeachments 2/3 vote needed to convict
