2 What are the names of the two tribes that live in the Sahel? Fulani and the Dogon. The Fulani love cattle if you are a true Fulani you display palaaku. The Dogon mostly made up of male secret societies.

3 . List and describe a meal they eat. One of the meals the Dogon and the Fulani favor is Groundnut Stew with Chicken.

4 List and describe four animals that live in the Sahel. The zebu is a type of that has been native since 400 A.D. when it was introduced from India. The giraffe is one of the most frequent browsers of the Sahel. The warthog likes to feed on grass and other growing vegetation. The Senegal Gerbil is the most common mammal found in the Sahel.

5 The Sahel is in nine countries, list them. The nine countries in the Sahel are Chad, Mali, Niger, Sudan, Senegal, The Gambia, Burkina Faso, and Guinea-Bissau.

10 . List and describe four types of vegetation. The four types of vegetation are the Baobab which is fire and drought resistant, the Acacia which deep roots are ideal for semi-arid climates, the Cram-cram is a prickly short lived plant, the Jujube is a small spiny tree.
