All Rights Reserved. 5S Seiton – Set in order – Simplify the arrangement – Seiton refers to setting things in order, creating optimal boundaries and locations for each item in a work area.

All Rights Reserved. 5S Seiso – Shine – Sweep – Cleanliness – Seiso means that every day the work place should be cleaned, straightened up, and restored to order.

All Rights Reserved. 5S Seiketsu – Standardize Repeat seiri, seiton, and seiso at regular intervals – Seiketsu reminds people to conduct seiri, seiton, and seiso at frequent intervals in order to maintain the workplace in pristine condition.
