10. W HAT IS I O BSERVATION ? iObservation is a technology based instructional and leadership improvement system. Compatible with Marzano and Danielson. It collects, manages and reports longitudinal data from classroom walkthroughs, teacher evaluations and teacher observations. Monitors teacher/leader growth plans: Individual learning needs for every teacher and leader to increase his/her classroom effectiveness each year.

Training: Held at NJPA (National Joint Powers Alliance) in Staples for a leadership team of 5-10 which also includes monthly training opportunities throughout the first two years of implementation.
