7 Arrange Presentation  Employ topical arrangement Give an example of topical arrangement  Cause and effect Commence discussion by identifying the situation (the effect)

8 Organize Presentation  Current problems and solutions  Chronological order  Use relevant materials

9 Simplicity  Simple and direct  Make sure main ideas are obvious
