4. I Would like to show you a man that will teach us a good example. A person that stands out in the scriptures because of his good conduct and not only that, but this person also pleased God in everything that he did, because he was looking to do the will of God. But only speak a word, and my servant will be healed. 9“For I also am a man under authority, having soldiers under me. And I say to this one, ‘Go,’ and he goes; and to another, ‘Come,’ and he comes; and to my servant, ‘Do this,’ and he does it.”

5. The qualities that Cornelius had… He was devout. He feared God. He gave alms generously to the people. He constantly prayed.

II Pet.2:9 II Pet.2:9… “9then the Lord knows how to deliver the godly out of temptations and to reserve the unjust under punishment for the day of judgment, The person that is Godly and Devout will always walk close to God. Gen.5:22… “ 24And Enoch walked with God; and he was not, for God took him.

9. Proverbs 8:13... “The fear of the Lord is to hate evil; Pride and arrogance and the evil way And the perverse mouth I hate. If we don’t fear God we will not hate evil and we will practice evil whether we like it or not. The person who takes pleasure in evil things practices evil.

11. It is a Bible commandment that we must help those who are in need, there is no way that we will get rid of this responsibility. James.2:14-16… “14What does it profit, my brethren, if someone says he has faith but does not have works? Can faith save him? 15If a brother or sister is naked and destitute of daily food, 16and one of you says to them, “Depart in peace, be warmed and filled,” but you do not give them the things which are needed for the body, what does it profit? I John.3:17… “17But whoever has this world’s goods, and sees his brother in need, and shuts up his heart from him, how does the love of God abide in him? Acts.20:35… “35“I have shown you in every way, by laboring like this, that you must support the weak. And remember the words of the Lord Jesus, that He said, ‘It is more blessed to give than to receive.’
