We provide a supportive and positive learning experience in which members are empowered to develop communication and leadership skills, resulting in greater self-confidence and personal growth.

DCP = Distinguished Club Program (scale, ruler)

8 DCP Analysis (10 goals) Education (6 goals) Membership (2 goals)
Training (1 goal) Administration (1 goal) Extra criteria ~~ Membership : (1) 20 on 6/30 (term end), or (2) Net Growth 5 (term end minus term beginning)

9 Distinguished Club Program Goals
2 CCs 1 AC (ACB, ACS or ACG) 1 CL, (or ALB, ALS or DTM) Education 4 new members Membership 9. At least 4 club officers trained in 2 club officer trainings Training 10. a) On-time payment of membership dues at least eight members (at least three renewing members) for 2 times (before 9/30 & 3/31). b) on-time submission of club officer list (before 6/30) Administration

First Impressions Membership Orientation Fellowship, Variety and Communication Program and Meeting Planning Membership Strength Achievement Recognition

12 First Impressions Guests greeted warmly and introduced to officers and members Guest book and name tags provided Professionally arranged meeting room Convenient meeting location Guests invited to address the club Guests invited to join

13 Membership Orientation
Formal induction, including presentation of pin and manuals Assignment of mentor Education programs and recognition system discussed Learning needs assessed Speaking role(s) assigned Member involved in club activities

14 Fellowship, Variety, and Communication
Guests greeted warmly Enjoyable, educational meetings Regularly-scheduled social events Participation in area, district, and International events Inter-club events Club newsletter and/or website – updated regularly

15 Program Planning and Meeting Organization
Program and agenda publicized in advance Members are prepared to carry out all program assignments All projects are manual projects Meetings begin and end on time Creative Table Topics™ and activities Positive and helpful evaluations

16 Membership Strength Club has 20 or more members Members are retained
