Since the average weighted score for CPM matrix is 2.5, any company´s total weighted score that falls below 2.5 is considered weak.  As the result show Verizon is dominating on critical success factors because the total weighted score is high compare to AT&T and Sprint.  Some points to improve are: coverage, customer base and financial position.
