3. Products and Services Describe what products and services your business will be offering? Pictures if possible?

4. Business Organization Tell whether you would start your business as a sole proprietorship, partnership, corporation or some special type of business Tell why you chose this way to organize your business.

5. Description of Competition List two or three competitors for your business (look in the yellow pages and internet if necessary)

6. Customer Analysis Description of your customers

7. Operations Plan Describe physical features of your business You may use draw tools to create a floor plan of how your business will be set up on the inside You can use pictures to accentuate your drawing

8. Human Resource Plans What experience do you have in the business field? (remember you are 25, what have you been doing the past 9-10 years) Pictures if possible

9. Marketing Plan List two or three ways you will market your business

10. Financial Plans List all the things you will need to start your business (buildings, equipment, inventory, supplies, etc.) Estimate how much money you think you will need to purchase all these items

11. Start-up Costs Where would you get the money needed to start your business?

12. Prices Give an example of one product you will sell and what you would price it at.
