6  What is an example of an idiom from your native language?  On a piece of paper write down the idiom in your native language, translate it word for word into English, and then explain in English what it really means.  Example:  Hals über Kopf  Translation: neck over head  Real Meaning: in a mad hurry, in a very big, crazy hurry
