School Year 2011-12 Civil Rights Data Collection (CRDC)  CRDC site opened September 24th and will close on December 7 th  The Principal Contacts (PCPs) at the LEA level will receive logins when CRDC goes live  PCP can create additional logins for their schools, or, if they prefer can enter all the data in themselves  Campus Ad-hoc(s) now available  ad hoc(s) are labeled with the same numbering system as within the CRDC Layout  Make sure that the School Year is 2011-2012 when running the ad hoc(s).  http://www.crdc.ed.gov/Security/Home.aspx

New Assessment Data  Assessments being loaded to State Edition with norms.  Districts notified for pushdown.  Error resolution important to ensure district data is accurately represented in other systems.  Assessment data in Infinite Campus will be shared with CIITS & P20 in early November.  Available Now:  2012 Jr ACT Scores  2011 Explore  2011 PLAN  Available September:  National ACT Scores  ACCESS  Available in October or early November  K-PREP  EOC  CCR

Student Records Transfer  Use the Student Locator to enroll all students  Request student records from prior district electronically through Infinite Campus  Import enrollment history to: o Help verify 9 th grade entry on the Graduation tab o Check number of days enrolled in a KY school for KEES o Check number of days enrolled in a KY school for accountability  Import KY State Reporting information to get records relating to KY-specific enrollment data, LEP (current) and Gifted/Talented records.  Import other data attached to student not related to enrollment in a particular school/district [i.e. health information, special education data, LEP (new functionality) etc.]
