1. Outstanding PO’s Report XOPO

2. Step 1:Double-click on the Datatel icon to open

3. Step 2: Type Login and Password cluna xxxxxxxx Step 3: Click OK

4. Step 4: Click on Apps from menu bar

5. Step 5: Select CF from drop-down menu

6. Step 6: Next to Quick Access type XOPO XOPO Step 7: Click on the “Go” button

7. Step 8: At the prompt type your Cost Center and press Enter 100030

8. Step 9: Click on “Update” to process report 100030

9. Step 10: Report will process

10. Step 11: File will import to Excel c:\tempfile\outpos.csv

11. Step 12: Excel will open with the OUTPOS file

12. Step 13: Click on the minimized Datatel file to Restore

13. Step 14: To exit the CF screen click on the red “X” in the middle of your menu bar XOPO

14. Step 15: Click on the minimized Excel file to restore

15. Step 16: Click on “File”

16. Step 17: Click on “Save As”

17. Step 18: Click on the ‘Save in” arrow to show drop-down menu

18. Step 19: Select folder where file will be saved

19. Step 20: Under “File name” type “Outstanding POs 09-07” (or any other title you feel comfortable with) Outstanding POs 09-07

20. Step 21: Click on the ‘Save as type” arrow to show drop-down menu Outstanding POs 09-07

21. Step 22: Select “Microsoft Excel” Outstanding POs 09-07

22. Step 23: Click on the “Save” button Outstanding POs 09-07

23. Step 24: Now you can format the report to fit your reconciliation needs
